As an effect of the digital transformation encountered by higher education institutions in post-pandemic phase, current study aims to inspect factors affecting actual use mobile learning among students. A novel hybrid model based on information system success and technology acceptance models was proposed tested. The included 400 undergraduate postgraduate students from four Saudi universities who responded a questionnaire consisting two parts seven dimensions, with total 26 items. For analysis, quantitative approach applied using structural equation modeling. results displayed that quality had no impact In contrast, other (system quality, service satisfaction) perceived (perceived usefulness ease use) positive effect. Accordingly, this integrated framework assist decision makers at scaffolding develop their educational performance depending applications comprising high-quality address real needs.
