The iron and steel industry is the leading supporting China’s industrial sector. Currently, there less assessment work on green low-carbon technologies for industry. This study clarifies overall strategy of technology by researching relevant theories methods assessment. further establishes a scientific reasonable comprehensive index system from aspects index, economy promotion, application, including factors such as 11 indexes, amount energy saving, carbon dioxide emission reduction, resource recovery rate utilising analytical combining with characteristics technologies. By analysing comparing advantages disadvantages commonly used methods, entropy weighting method, grey correlation analysis TOPSIS (technique order preference similarity to an ideal solution) method are combined optimised construct model. Abstract This paper examines the coupling coordination degree between digital economy and green technology innovation in 19 urban agglomerations across China from 2011 to 2020. Through analysis of model, spatial autocorrelation, multi-distance clustering analysis, kernel density grey correlation this study uncovers mechanism Chinese agglomerations.
