The iron and steel industry is the leading supporting China’s industrial sector. Currently, there less assessment work on green low-carbon technologies for industry. This study clarifies overall strategy of technology by researching relevant theories methods assessment. further establishes a scientific reasonable comprehensive index system from aspects index, economy promotion, application, including factors such as 11 indexes, amount energy saving, carbon dioxide emission reduction, resource recovery rate utilising analytical combining with characteristics technologies. Introduction This study investigates the relationships between digital transformation (DT), challenging appraisal (CA), organizational culture support (OCS), transformational leadership style (TLS), and employee innovative behavior (EINB) in Brazzaville’s banking sector. Grounded Social Cognitive Theory Self-Determination Theory, research aims to provide insights into how these factors interact influence innovation within organizations undergoing change. Methods Data were collected from 280 employees working top five banks Brazzaville. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied using SPSS 26 SmartPLS analyze among DT, CA, OCS, TLS, EINB. Securing visibility and dependable information from stakeholders poses a significant challenge for companies engaged in supply chain management. This paper explores the impact of digital reduction technologies on decisions, incorporating fuzzy logic blockchain technology enhanced decision-making. We specifically focus single buyer ordering vendor, where faulty items are promptly returned upon inspection. Climate change, caused by the burning of fossil fuels, has emerged as an acute world problem, especially in Group Twenty (G20), where CO 2 emissions and other greenhouse gases are accumulating. This research examines how energy consumption, digitization, internationalization, green finance affect environmental sustainability G20 countries 2004–23. It also discusses technology innovation mediates these relationships. The research-based analysis World Development Indicators Organization for Economic Cooperation data employed static panel data, fixed-effects models, STATA software econometrics. findings reveal that four variables, namely finance, digitalization, globalization, significantly positively correlated with sustainability. was revealed a significant, although negative, impact on mediating factors. In recent years, there has been an increasing recognition of the importance coordinated development digitalization and greenization. However, existing research lacks a systematic framework for understanding relationship between different dimensions digital transformation various strategies green innovation. This paper aims to address these gaps by examining impact on corporate greenization moderating organizational from heterogeneity perspective.
