saat

terjadi

pendidikan

kualitas
guru
dan
dosen
(SDM).
Pendidikan
masyarakat
gagal
menciptakan
sumber
unggul
hal
kecerdasan,
moralitas,
spiritualitas,
profesionalisme
serta
saing
atau
bangsa.
Penelitian
bertujuan
untuk
melihat
menganalisa
apakah
ada
Pengaruh
Kompetensi
Guru
Agama
Terhadap
Implementasi
Manajemen
Daya
Manusia
Madrasah
Tsanawiyah
Swasta
Perhentian
Raja.
Adapun
populasi
sampel
penelitian
seluruh
agama
islam
terdapat
Raja
berjumlah
53
orang.
Pengumpulan
data
dilakukan
dengan
teknik
angket.
Teknik
analisis
digunkan
Analisis
digunakan
mengunakan

Validitas,
Reliabilitas,
Normalitas

Hasil
menunjukkan

bibliometric
analysis
method.

comes

four
stages
of
process
(identification,
screening,
eligibility,
and
inclusion),
41
relevant
were
obtained.

showed
that
most
publications
TPACK
outcomes
occurred
in
2022
with
a
total
6
publications.
Meanwhile,
cited
publication

citations.
United

has
had
major
influence
on
outcomes.

Comedy
material

thinking.

penelitian

merupakan
mahasiswa
lapangan
di
Pendidikan
Agama
Islam
selama
periode
Oktober–NNovember
Mahasiswa
terlibat
semuanya
terdaftar
mata
kuliah
Bimbingan
Konseling.
Teknik
pengumpulan
data
melalui
observasi,
wawancara,
dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan
hasil
penelitian,
diperoleh
kesimpulan
bahwa
penerapan
Student-Centered
Learning
kelas
Konseling
ganjil
tahun
terbukti
efektif
meningkatkan
keaktifan
mahasiswa.
Peningkatan
aktivitas
dapat
dilihat
dari
meningkatnya
keterampilan
berpikir
kritis,
berkomunikasi,
memecahkan
masalah.
Disamping
itu,
dosen
berperan
sebagai
fasilitator
praktik
bertanggung
jawab
mengawasi
seluruh
rangkaian
pembelajaran.
