This
study
analyses
the
learning
process
of
student
leadership
in
Islamic
boarding
schools
through
organizational
empowerment.
research
was
conducted
at
Nurul
Jadid
Boarding
School,
Probolinggo,
with
a
qualitative
approach
case
studies.
Data
collection
techniques
used
are
interviews,
observation,
and
documentation.
The
data
analysis
carried
out
structured
systematic
manner,
starting
from
collection,
reduction,
display,
drawing
conclusions.

show
that
is
five
stages:
direction,
training,
assignment,
escort,
approach.

organization's
cadre
system
can
run
well

good
leaders
who
carry

their

Kesibukan
