This research aims to analyze and examine development strategies through sermons increase students' self-confidence in their speaking skills determine what obstacles students face when performing sermons. was conducted at the MI Ma'arif Al-Ishlah Kalisat Bungkal Ponorogo institution. Researchers used a qualitative case study type approach. Data collected using interview, observation documentation techniques then analyzed several steps: data collection, reduction, presentation conclusions. The results of show that (1) Efforts need be made by teacher are encourage, guide well provide motivation Nurul Ulum who take part khutbah activities. (2) main obstacle teachers is more reparation sermon lack student preparedness resulted focus while appearing on stage, there were even cases where some brought texts they came stage. Meanwhile, giving vary, for example, self-confidence, stage fright, nervousness about public fear making mistakes. Because only pay attention listen other say, which causes role not fail too well.

This study analyses the learning process of student leadership in Islamic boarding schools through organizational empowerment. research was conducted at Nurul Jadid Boarding School, Probolinggo, with a qualitative approach case studies. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis carried out structured systematic manner, starting from collection, reduction, display, drawing conclusions. results show that is five stages: direction, training, assignment, escort, approach. shows organization's cadre system can run well create good leaders who carry mandate their duties properly.

A person's self-confidence level is different; in essence, every human being created to have self-confidence, but different from one another. This study aims to understand prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren. uses a phenomenological approach, where researcher tries meaning behind phenomenon through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Kesibukan orang tua dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup bukan menjadi penghalang kewajibannya menanamkan pendidikan karakter anak sejak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara dan peran para membangun elemen intrakulikuler yang mencakup tiga stimulasi saling terintegrasi pada dini baik secara offline maupun online setelah diberikan parenting. Penelitian merupakan evaluatif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan hasil penelitiannya adalah parenting memberikan pengaruh perubahan positif berfikir di desa Pengilon. Pendekatan humanistik melalui komunikasi sebagai teman bermain role model contoh kebaikan lebih efektif, perkembangan era digital juga dampak penerapan Impikasinya dapat mengamalkan nilai-nilai agama, hal buruk, berani mengaktualisasikan diri berhitung, seni kreasi serta tanggap terhadap informasi.
