This research set out to examine the impact of human resource management practices on organizational performance, with a case study Muhanga District in Rwanda. was guided by Human Capital Theory and Abilities, Motivation, Opportunity (AMO) Theory. For this study, 243 participants were chosen at random from 20 public organizations. The inquiry conducted using an explanatory design. Employees all levels surveyed five-point Likert scale. data obtained analyzed descriptively frequencies percentages, as well inferentially correlations regressions. findings show that significantly performance. Recruitment selection (β = 0.827, p 0.000), compensation rewards 0.695, training development 0.698, 0.000) positive effects R-squared value 0.7942 indicates 79.42% variation performance is explained these practices.
