This research aims to describe the misconceptions that occur in sound wave material Class VIII Public Middle School Tolitoli Regency by using a four-tier diagnostic test. type of is descriptive qualitative. The subjects this study were 60 students from class 2 Tolitoli, junior high school Negeri 5 and 8 Tolitoli. Determination respondents purposive sampling technique, namely taking who experienced highest as many 10 students. results showed occurred Schools with low misconception criteria, at 27%, identification had understood concept waves well so achieved based on low.

Purpose of the study: This research aims to determine character values ​​that are more dominant among teachers in students, with a focus on eliminating ​​such as integrity, honesty, discipline, caring and responsibility context learning at school. Methodology: uses mixed methods quantitative qualitative descriptive approaches. The population is all physics Darul Ulum Private Madrasah Aliyah, sample three selected purposively. Research instruments include questionnaires interviews, data analysis using partial for Miles Huberman model qualitative.
