Over
the
past
two
decades,
due
to
rapid
development
of
information
and
communication
technologies
(ICT),
mobile
learning
(M-learning)
blended
(BL)
have
emerged
as
new
trends
in
sustaining
English
a
foreign
language
(EFL)
education.
The
tumultuous
COVID-19
pandemic
has
disrupted
traditional
teaching
learning,
but
it
also
accelerated
integration
technology
EFL
Mobile-assisted
(MABL)
combines
mobile-assisted
(MALL)
BL
into
single
framework
that
effectively
addresses
their
individual
limitations
when
used
isolation.
However,
reviews
MABL,
particularly
context
education,
are
scarce.
Sourced
from
major
databases,
namely
Web
Science
Scopus,
supplementary
databases
(Education
Resources
Information
Center
Mendeley),
25
studies
were
extracted
out
205
latest
decade,
using
specific
exclusion
inclusion
criteria.
This
review
aims
shed
light
on
trend
utilizing
advanced
effective
pedagogy
tools
benefit
stakeholders
sustainable
language.

examine
the
relationship
between
perceived
teacher
support,
students’
ICT
self-efficacy,
and
online
English
academic
engagement
in
blended
learning
setting,

mobile-assisted
foreign
language
instruction
