Although
knowledge
drives
organizational
growth,
limited
teamwork
skills
have
hindered
effective
sharing
and
utilization
across
departments
individuals
in
higher
education
institutions
(HEIs).
Thus,
this
paper
develops
a
pertinent
knowledge-intensive
teamworking
model
for
HEIs.
Educational
background,
leadership,
social
media
adoption
were
independent
variables,
while
acquisition,
development,
application,
revision,
dependent
variables.
Using
an
online
questionnaire,
quantitative
investigation
of
918
people
different
HEIs
tested
hypotheses
based
on
PLS-SEM
findings.
Results
showed
that
educational
are
integral
enablers
smoothing
management
operations,
the
synergistic
combination
process

teamwork.

Abstract
Amidst
the
global
digital
transformation
of
educational
institutions,
technology
has
emerged
as
a
significant
area
interest
among
scholars.
Such
technologies
have
played
an
instrumental
role
in
enhancing
learner
performance

improving
effectiveness

learning.
These

dearth

reviews

regarding
current

education.
To
address
this
gap,
study
utilized
Web
Science
Core
Collection
data
source
(specifically
selecting
high-quality
SSCI
SCIE)

keywords,
yielding

Furthermore,

PRISMA
guidelines,
we
refined
selection
to
