This
research
presents
a
chatbot
application
to
provide
educational
information
for
university
students.
There
are
three
objectives:
1)
study
the
problem
of
providing
students
with
chatbots,

develop
model

construct
predict
interest

assess
satisfaction

application.
The

were

from
Messenger
Facebook
