Self-initiated professional development (SI-PD) refers to the proactive engagement of teachers in activities aimed at enhancing their own intellectual capabilities, accumulating practical knowledge and cultivating positive dispositions. This involves deliberate design, implementation, evaluation learning process, utilising educational resources as a means support or facilitation. SI-PD is evaluated determine its effect on usage Continuous Professional Development (CPD) system by Malaysian teachers. There are twenty-six items SI-PD, which were adapted from prior studies that employed self-directed learning. The this construct have been modified reflect context CPD usage. questionnaire then reviewed verified experts aspects content validity, face validity criterion validity. A pilot study was conducted 100 who randomly selected central region Malaysia, includes three states: Selangor, Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya. This mixed-method study explores the acceptance of ChatGPT as a tool for Metacognitive Self-Regulated Learning (MSRL) among academics. Despite growing attention towards metacognitive learning tool, there is need comprehensive understanding factors influencing its in academic settings. Engaging 300 preservice teachers through ChatGPT-based scenario activity and utilizing convenience sampling, this administered questionnaire based on proposed Technology Acceptance Model at UTM University's School Education. Structural equation modelling was applied to analyze participants' perspectives ChatGPT, considering like MSRL's impact usage intention. Post-reflection sessions, semi-structured interviews, record analysis were conducted gather results. Findings indicate high significantly influenced by personal competency, social influence, perceived AI usefulness, enjoyment, trust, intelligence, positive attitude, self-regulated learning. This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing acceptance of mobile learning technology for 21st-century skills-based training among teachers in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. adopted Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) model, which included constructs such as performance expectancy, effort facilitating conditions, social influence, self-efficacy, student behavioural intention, training, creative thinking skills. A survey was conducted with 619 from Pakistan who participated a two-week learning-based session. The data were analysed using structural equation modeling (SEM). results show that all hypotheses supported, indicating positive relationship between use training. study’s findings suggest by emphasising self-efficacy when designing interventions, will be more likely accept contributed sustainability providing increased access quality education.

Digital technologies have revolutionized the business field, offering significant opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to enhance sustainability value creation. This study investigates impact of digital technology adoption on economic social creation, as well SME performance. Specifically, it examines how media applications, big data analytics, IoT blockchain AI-enabled applications influence within SMEs. We employed a hybrid approach integrating Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Artificial Neural Network (ANN) techniques using SmartPLs 4.0 Application; this research analyzes these relationships. The research focuses on the key role of teachers in incorporating SDGs into curriculum and teaching students to deal with global challenges such as climate change, poverty, sustainable living. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from sample 100 using survey method.
