Abstract Objective This study aims to inherit the national sports culture of throwing embroidered balls, combine technological innovation with application information, improve competitive level and competition management backbasket ball. Bu zorunluluğun sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan dijital liderlik, teknolojilerle yeniliği teşvik eden, dönüşüm süreçlerini yönlendiren stratejileri uygulayan liderlerin özelliklerini davranışlarını tanımlayan bir kavram gelmiştir. çalışmanın amacı, liderlik alanında yapılan akademik yayınları bibliyometrik analiz yöntemleri ile inceleyerek bu alandaki literatürü kapsamlı şekilde değerlendirmek sonraki çalışmalara yön verebilmektir. bağlamda çalışmada, konusundaki literatürün genel haritası çıkarılarak, araştırmacılar uygulayıcılar için değerli bilgiler sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, kavramının literatürdeki entelektüel gelişimi incelenmiş, atıf ilişkileri anahtar kelime analizleri yapılmıştır. Bibliyometrik yöntemi en etkili çalışmalar, öncü yazarlar, önemli dergiler, kurumlar araştırma eğilimleri belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, alanındaki mevcut durumun daha net anlaşılmasına yapılacak araştırmalara verecek stratejik sunulmasına katkı sağlayacaktır. Çalışmanın, teorik pratik bilgi birikimine katkılar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

The global phenomenon of environmental deterioration often signifies the increase in ecological footprint and emissions levels that adversely affect earth's biocapacity. This results from use substantial fossil fuels energy sources, industrialization, extensive economic activities developing countries. In this context, study examine impact depletion, technical cooperation grants, on load capacity factor Pakistan 1970 to 2022. To accomplish this, employs innovative dynamic autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) simulation approach, providing fresh insights contrast with earlier conclusions. authors contribute focusing supply-side dynamics indicators, namely capacity, viewpoint Pakistan, distinguishing our research existing academic publications. Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between digital transformational leadership (DTL) and innovation capability (IIC) in multinational (MNC) firms’ settings. current emphasises mediating-moderating impact symmetrical internal communication (SIC) trust (TIL) further shaping relationship. Design/methodology/approach researchers adopted three-wave data consisting responses from 323 cross-border team members working MNC firms. A moderated-mediation model was tested using Hynes’ Process Macro IBM Amos. Findings empirical findings underscore a positive DTL IIC mediation by SIC. Furthermore, also identified moderated TIL. Originality/value To best authors’ knowledge, first among DTL, SIC, TIL complexity theory perspective.
