Discussion outbreak exacerbated an already critical situation, while may serve as additional triggering factor staff mental illness, it cannot solely explain levels. These findings underscore need long-term clinical preventive psychological interventions, suggesting resources should be limited emergencies but extended address ongoing challenges faced by nurses. Results Salient dimension is Emotional Suppression with two sub‐dimensions, Logical Fallacy Forced Gratitude . Other include Unrealistic Optimism Disingenuous Happiness Contexts intra‐ post‐paradigmatic societal shifts post‐traumatic experiences. Analysis reveals exchange between giver receiver experiencing negative outcomes. Conclusion concept appears consistent application use across emerging nursing literature. Implications for Profession Acknowledging may inform theoretical future research related improving burnout, bolstering retention, enhancing well‐being. Nurses work environments encounter positivity. Leaders should consider policy adoption inclusion trauma‐informed practices. Impact Nursing workforce issues require deeper examination potential contributing factors. XGBoost, known enhancing sensitivity detection improving generalization performance, particularly beneficial high-dimensional problems data heterogeneity. It integrates multiple variables accommodates small sample sizes, making it valuable supplement conventional techniques. Through hierarchical regression, moderating was explored. Additionally, an interactive tool used visually present results. Results Among stress, patient care issues exhibited strongest association with intention, followed by nursing profession work problems, time allocation workload, management interpersonal issues, working environment equipment problems.
