This research aims to explore the competence of digital pedagogy teachers towards establishment students’ ethics in modernization Indonesian education. uses phenomenological approach examine essence teachers' competence. We collected data using semi-structured interviews with five primary school Indonesia who have worked for more than three years. chose subjects based on their capability guiding students routine. The results showed that pedagogical teaching establish education are driven by some factors, namely: (1) responsibility at work self-actualize, (2) high confidence ethic modernization, and (3) use spiritual approaches change modernization. The influence of teachers’ commitment and burnout on student learning outcomes their performance requires astute research to identify the antecedent factors these two variables. Commitment are peremptorily related positive negative aspects performance, respectively. Most previous showed inconsistency; therefore, a new assay is needed produce more convincing findings. This study aims variables job by using meaning at work as mediating variable. Based convenience sampling technique, 304 respondents were selected among teachers in private primary secondary education levels East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. A structural equation model (SEM) was used data analysis. results that school support, self-actualization, for burnout. also mediates relationship between support self-actualization. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, online learning has become innovation and an alternative virtual education adopted by universities, due to campus closures. The sudden adoption without prior preparation training causes ineffective implementation in most institutions. Based on this description, insufficient information is available regarding experiences student population, which are affected higher education. Therefore, study aims explore pre-service teachers their numerous abilities provide a good program. Using qualitative focus group design, data were obtained through discussion (FGD) 58 52 teachers, divided into 10 groups during first final semesters. results showed that both had similar different experiences, lecturers' ability effectively perform learning. According experience participants, lecturers with pedagogical social-personal skills able emphasize encourage attractiveness In addition, some differences highly depended specific indicators two aspects. These expected framework for university administrators, towards implementing process.

Teachers’ integration of technology has been a critical focus for both teachers and researchers over the past three decades. This emphasis intensified due to COVID-19 pandemic, where become key factor in success classroom teaching learning processes. Despite this attention, previous studies have shown limited exploration relationship between teachers’ meaning work as an internal variable. Therefore, using AMOS-structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, study aimed develop conceptual model examining mediating role digital leadership, self-efficacy, integration. The involved 200 junior high school from Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan Province, region eastern Indonesia projected new capital.
