Abstract This study focuses on the implementation of a peer‐led team learning (PLTL) instructional approach for all students in an undergraduate organic chemistry course and evaluation student outcomes over 8 years. Students who experienced student‐centered instruction worked small groups facilitated by peer leader (treatment) 1996–1999 were compared with traditional recitation section (control) 1992–1994. Quantitative qualitative data show statistically significant improvements performance, retention, attitudes about course. This study aims to investigate teachers' attitudes towards AI in education, focusing on identifying the perceived benefits, challenges, and ethical considerations associated with integration into teaching learning environments. Utilizing a qualitative research design, this conducted semi-structured interviews 28 educators from various educational levels disciplines. Thematic analysis was employed analyze interview data, key themes concepts related perspectives education.
