ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic has forced Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Teachers and students to move into Online Distance Learning in the Philippines continue providing quality education. study centers on two factors Challenges Coping Strategies of Maritime Instructors Students an (ODL) Environment Dr. Carlos S. Lanting College. A total 157 respondents were involved distribution questionnaires was done thru online. descriptive quantitative method research is used this study. As a result both teachers smartphones laptop but majority have postpaid subscription service (42.38%) with unstable slow internet connectivity.
