Purpose: This research aims to assess the extent which universities in Saudi Arabia and Egypt have institutionalized digital teaching technologies (DTTs) enhance institutional sustainability. It focuses on mediating role of change management strategies moderating effects cultural norms, technological infrastructure, economic factors this relationship, specifically examining their impact Design/methodology/approach: study uses a mixed-methods approach with comparative case strategy. This umbrella review aimed to synthesize variables that explain dropout among students in preschool, primary, secondary, and high school education. The study focused on peer-reviewed articles indexed SCOPUS, Web of Science, ERIC, identifying five systematic reviews provided comprehensive insights. Key findings revealed individual factors, such as insufficient parental support, emotional behavioral challenges, substance use, play significant roles influencing student dropout. Socioeconomic including poverty, financial constraints, social inequalities, were also identified critical contributors. Abstract In recent years, “sustainability education” in Higher Education has become an increasingly popular topic among researchers driven by the constant calls for research community to contribute novel that can aid building a sustainable world. The objective of this paper was explore how sustainability concepts have been integrated Information Systems (IS) curricula, determine state knowledge area and provide guidance future research. Sustainability actions in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) profoundly affect students, employees and their communities. These aim at social economic benefits for local must be measured, its goals achieved as part of the university's mission to impact community significantly. This work provides validation results an instrument that assesses academicians' perceptions HEI sustainability activities.
