This study aims to explore the effect of training and suitability between individual characteristics (person-job fit) on increasing teacher competence in digital era using a qualitative approach. Amid transformation education by technology, it is important understand how for work demands play role developing competency. research method uses in-depth interviews with headmasters experienced teachers from various backgrounds at Madrasah Aliyah. The results this reveal that has significant enriching teachers' knowledge, skills, understanding use technology learning. Teachers who attended reported their ability face technological challenges optimize teaching potential age. In addition, tasks also influences can more effectively integrate education. indicates combination tailored needs degree job positively affect competence. These findings make an contribution development better professional strategies support coping educational changes caused technology.

This study aims to determine the emergence of learning obstacles experienced by students at MAS PAB 4 Klumpang. research uses qualitative methods with type field and descriptive methods. Data collection observation, interviews, documentation. produced several findings, namely: (1) Factors causing saturation SKI (History Islamic Culture) grade XI include: experiencing fatigue in body due carrying out routine activities, felt limbs such as fingers toes a lot writing, looking weak there are who put their heads on table when teacher is explaining teacher's lack attention Students, lazy food intake that not good for absence effective carried teachers. This study aims to explore and describe the problems of teaching at SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative with case type. main data or key informants in this were subjects study, namely principal teachers (PAI, Natural Sciences, Social Studies, English) 10 Prabumulih concerned. determination respondents was based on who given assignments not accordance their field expertise educational background. (determination those studied). Secondary supporting include school principals, teachers, documentation data. From results it found that SMPN Prabumulih, appointed teach areas encountered various process such as difficulty understanding material, students also had absorbing explanations from teacher, even though provided strategy an alternative facilitate teacher's task but still, necessity, teacher indeed required harmonize between his duties.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik terhadap pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dikarenakan kegiatan pendidik hanya terpaku menggunakan bahan ajar cetak tanpa yang kreatif dan menarik. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan diatas dibutuhkan menarik seperti e-book cerita bergambar. dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan bergambar pembelajaran pada elemen membaca respon cerita. Jenis model ADDIE. Uji coba dilaksanakan 10 di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Koto Salak. Tenik pengumpulan data dengan uji validasi, praktikalitas efektivitas. Hasil pengembangan dikategorikan sangat berdasarkan hasil diperoleh dari validator (96,16%) valid. Aspek kepraktisan kuesioner responden persentase (92,01%) praktis. efektivitas perolehan (90%) efektif. Maka disimpulkan bahwa berbantukan flipbook maker mendukung kurikulum merdeka kelas SDN Salak materi sistem barter valid, praktis, efektif saat diaplikasikan proses pembelajaran.
