This
study
aims
to
explore
the
effect
of
training
and
suitability
between
individual
characteristics
(person-job
fit)
on
increasing
teacher
competence
in
digital
era
using
a
qualitative
approach.
Amid
transformation
education
by
technology,
it
is
important
understand
how
for
work
demands
play
role
developing
competency.

in-depth
interviews
with
headmasters
experienced
teachers
from
various
backgrounds
at
Madrasah
Aliyah.
The
results
this
reveal
that
has
significant
enriching
teachers'
knowledge,

Teachers

reported
their
ability
face
technological
challenges
optimize
teaching
potential
age.
In
addition,

influences
can
more
effectively
integrate

study
aims

disimpulkan
bahwa
