Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan gambaran tentang upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di MTs Al-Ikhlas Air Hitam. menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara. Setelah data terkumpul maka analisis dengan tahapan: pemilihan data, penyajian penarikan kesimpulan. menyimpulkan bahwa antara lain: meminta kepala sekolah menambah jam luar pelajaran PAI; melakukan komunikasi wali mengingatkan anak mereka agar mengulang rumah; evaluasi sebelum sesudah pelajaran; memilih pendekatan/metode menarik bagi siswa; media pembelajaran memudahkan menjelaskan materi mudah difahami metode hadiah hukuman. Gambaran hasil PAI Hitam tergolong baik karena seluruh nilai pada tahun ajaran 2022 terlihat dari semester telah mencapai standar KKM ditetapkan.

This study aims to test the effectiveness of ta'lim program in strengthening Islamic religious education using a mixed method, combination quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. data collection this was questionnaire with population 665, taking sample 30 students. results explained that 18 questions on variable X were declared valid, Y, all valid. In Reliability Test, Cronbach's alpha Statistics 0.817 > 0.6 shows instrument reliable. There significant linear relationship between efficacy (X) (Y) obtained from significance value deviation linearity 0.203, which means greater than 0.05. show (Effectiveness program) affects Y (Strengthening Education) by 12%, other things outside influence additional 88%.

Objective: This study aims to develop an academic supervision model based on differentiated learning, evaluate its feasibility, and measure effectiveness. Method: The research employs the ADDIE development methodology. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires in two inclusive senior high schools Sidoarjo. Results: findings indicate that (1) learning includes stages incorporate elements of into every instrument. These cover assessment preparation student's readiness, interest, profiles, implementation teaching processes, including content, process, outcomes. (2) is deemed feasible. score obtained from subject matter experts indicates developed instruments guidebooks meet criteria for "very feasible." (3) Based results normalized gain test, mean difference between pre-test post-test product has a level effectiveness suitable use as Novelty: emphasized schools.

The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the strategy used improve student recruitment results at MAN 1 Mojokerto and 2) evaluation carried by head madrasa in Mojokerto. This uses a descriptive qualitative research method, namely describing, explaining, disclosing on using case approach. techniques data collection are observation, interviews, documentation. showed that strategies recruiting new students were five types, namely: Conducting socialization promotion Opening 2 Year SKS program 3) Religious Excellence (MA PK) 4) selection test 5 ) Opens two registration paths. Meanwhile, after carrying activities, madrasah increase procurement facilities infrastructure so they could accommodate more students.

Teacher empowerment is an effort of the leadership educational institutions to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. This study aims analyze planning, implementation, and evaluation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with observation data collection techniques, interviews, documentation. Data analysis used Miles Huberman's model analyzed using triangulation. The results this are: planning activities, boarding school leaders plan facilities infrastructure, educators, provide autonomy develop competence. This study aims to provide insight into the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing students' interest learning at SMK YP 17 Tenggarong Seberang. research uses qualitative methods through observation and interview techniques. After data is collected, analysis carried out stages: selection, presentation, conclusions. concluded that teachers' increase include: asking principal ILP overtime hours; Contact parents remind their children keep studying home; conduct assessments before after course; choose approach/method student interested in; use tools help explain material more easily, make it easier for students understand, reward punishment methods. This study aims to explore and describe the problems of teaching at SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative with case type. main data or key informants in this were subjects study, namely principal teachers (PAI, Natural Sciences, Social Studies, English) 10 Prabumulih concerned. determination respondents was based on who given assignments not accordance their field expertise educational background. (determination those studied). Secondary supporting include school principals, teachers, documentation data. From results it found that SMPN Prabumulih, appointed teach areas encountered various process such as difficulty understanding material, students also had absorbing explanations from teacher, even though provided strategy an alternative facilitate teacher's task but still, necessity, teacher indeed required harmonize between his duties.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mendeskripsikan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Sandai Kabupaten Ketapang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data utama atau informan kunci subjek yaitu kepala sekolah guru (PAI, IPA, IPS, Bahasa Inggris) berjumlah 10 orang Ketapang bersangkutan. Penentuan responden didasarkan pada diberi tugas mengajar tidak sesuai bidang keahlian latar belakang pendidikannya. (penentuan diteliti). sekunder data pendukung meliputi sekolah, guru, dokumentasi. Dari hasil ditemukan Ketapang, diangkat keahliannya menemui berbagai prosesnya seperti kesulitan memahami materi, siswa juga menyerap penjelasan dari meskipun pihak memberikan strategi sebagai alternatif memperlancar namun tetap saja sebuah kebutuhan, seorang memang dituntut menyelaraskan antara mengajarnya. Pihak pelatihan, pendekatan, pengawasan, komunikasi, koordinasi kepada para mengalami kesulitan, dukungan diberikan bentuk fasilitas, media sumber ajar, walaupun hambatan menyertai karena materi pelajaran harus mencari referensi agar peserta didik mendapatkan dampak penyerapan ajarnya
