This research aims to describe the Managerial Competencies of Kindergarten Heads in getting used clean and healthy living behavior Muslimat NU Diponegoro 198 Tiparkidul Ajibarang Banyumas Kindergarten. uses a qualitative descriptive method approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation methods. Meanwhile, data analysis reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions/data verification. The subjects this were Principals Teachers. results show that Competence Head Habituating Clean Healthy Living Behavior which includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating has run well accordance with management functions. In planning process, through stages what activities are carried out, organizing cooperation between Head, teachers, student guardians, implementing habituation been planned, monitoring out directly indirectly, activities. PHBS directly, namely when students carry learning by Kindergarten, homeroom teacher submits makes report weekly meeting so each guardian can know about activity, indicators adapt applied these activities, while evaluation for all activity programs is at school, meetings held every month completely cover development.

This study was conducted at Madrasah Schools using quantitative research methods under the supervision of Sunan Giri Prigen Foundation. Respondents in were 63 people. Direct distribution a questionnaire to respondents served as method data collection. The then employed statistics analyze information or responses. tests for normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity are ones that come next. Validity dependability also examined by these tests.. evaluation multiple linear regression analysis comes next, hypothesis is checked last test. study's conclusions show every component question has been accepted true reliable. conventional assumption test's findings demonstrated this could use all data. results showed leadership madrasa head had favorable influence 40.1%. principal's style teacher competency both have positive considerable impact on kids' emotional intelligence, there 33% effect motivation performance.

This article delves deep into the complex web of relationships between training, commitment, and performance among heads private Tsanawiyah Madrasahs in beautiful West Lombok Regency, Nusa Tenggara Province. Using a quantitative approach reinforced by path analysis, researchers uncovered causal that shape madrasah leadership landscape. The study underwent rigorous validation drawing insights from carefully curated data set covering over 170 madrassa heads, meticulously collected through customized questionnaires. It emerged as beacon reliability validity. Through lens descriptive inferential statistics, findings this not only highlight transformative potential training commitment but also offer roadmap for education policymakers school principals across country, thereby sparking collective effort to achieve excellence madrasa education. This research is specifically to find out how the principal's management improving cooperation with industrial world at SMK Muhammadiyah Rantau Prapat. includes implementation planning, evaluation, and obstacles in world. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode berbasis proyek digunakan oleh sebagai model pembelajaran yang kooperatif dan dapat disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa, tujuan memfasilitasi proses berpikir bebas kreatif. Melalui partisipasi bertujuan untuk membantu mereka memahami realitas kehidupan dari tingkat konkret hingga abstrak. Penelitian menginvestigasi penerapan Tindakan Kelas (PTK) strategi efektif meningkatkan keterampilan psikomotorik siswa pada setiap mata pelajaran Fiqih di Yayasan Mawthinu Aasyiqil Qur’an. dilakukan dalam bentuk siklus PTK melibatkan partisipan. Setiap terdiri tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, refleksi. pendekatan proyek, fokus diberikan konsep-konsep melalui nyata. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan setelah beberapa PTK. 1 pertemuan ke-1 ke-2 mengalami keningkatan sebanyak 30%, 2 ke mengalamu kenaikan 90%. Maka disimpulkan berhasil terlihat 25%. Temuan memberikan bukti bahwa penggunaan sangat Qur’an, serta rekomendasi pengembangan lebih interaktif partisipatif masa depan.

This article aims to describe the principal's management in implementing education vocational high schools. uses case study research with data collection from observation interviews and documentation. The informants consist of principal, vice teachers, staff, some school members. findings this are Program implementation at SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu has a prominent position compared other elements standard. Each program is implemented by each community level awareness predetermined division tasks. Monitoring evaluation carried out based on standards that have been set. School leadership follows can be seen hierarchical structure consisting Principal, Vice Affairs Coordinator. member team aware their respective roles responsibilities, they work collaboratively improve overall management, ultimate goal achieving educational excellence. development information system shows relatively good results, although there still room for further improvement utilization resources facilitate administration management.
