The FIFA 11+ injury prevention program for soccer players: a systematic review

Soccer
is
one
of
the
most
widely
played
sports
in
world.
However,
soccer
players
have
an
increased
risk
lower
limb
injury.
These
injuries
may
be
caused
by
both
modifiable
and
non-modifiable
factors,
justifying
adoption
injury
prevention
program
such
as
Fédération
Internationale
de
Football
Association
(FIFA)
11+.
The
purpose
this
study
was
to
evaluate
efficacy
FIFA
11+
for
players.
This
meta-analysis
based
on
PRISMA
2015
protocol.
A
search
using
keywords
"FIFA,"
"injury
prevention,"
"football"
found
183
articles
PubMed,
MEDLINE,
LILACS,
SciELO,
ScienceDirect
databases.
Of
these,
6
studies
were
selected,
all
which
randomized
clinical
trials.

consisted
6,344
players,
comprising
3,307
(52%)
intervention
group
3,037
(48%)
control
group.

During

жалобами
являлись:
наличие
выраженного
отека
области
травмы,
боль,
ограничение
движения
суставе.
Пациенты
методом
случайной
выборки
были
разделены
на
две
группы:
1-ю
группу
вошли
25
спортсменов,
которые
получали
лечение
применением
(во
время
выполнения
лечебной
гимнастики);
во
2-ю
(контроль)
—
26
выполняли
лечебную
гимнастику,
рекомендованную
для
лечения
пациентов
лимфовенозной
недостаточностью.
С
метода
лазерной
допплеровской
флоуметрии
проведено
исследование
микроциркуляторных
нарушений
травмы.
Периферическую
гемодинамику
оценивали
использованием
реовазографии;
выраженность
помощью
измерения
окружности
голени
нижней
трети
травмированной
здоровой
конечностей.
Толщину
подкожно-жировой
клетчатки
определяли
по
данным
ультразвукового
исследования.
Оценку
субъективных
ощущений
спортсменов
проводили
опросника
CIVIQ-2,
оценку
болевого
синдрома
визуальной
аналоговой
шкалы.Использование
у
способствовало
уменьшению
синдрома,
купированию
мягких
тканей,
увеличению
объема
движений
пораженном
суставе,
повышению
двигательной
активности
улучшению
качества
жизни.
