Abstract
S100
proteins
comprise
a
family
of
structurally
related
that
are
calcium‐sensitive.
have
been
found
to
play
various
roles
in
regulation
cell
apoptosis,
proliferation
and
differentiation,
migration
invasion,
energy
metabolism,
calcium
homeostasis,
protein
phosphorylation,
anti‐microbial
activity
inflammation
variety
types.
While
the
specific
function
many
remains
unknown,
some
serve
as
disease
biomarkers
well
possible
therapeutic
targets
skin
diseases.
Interface
dermatitis
(ID)
is
histopathological
term
covers
different
conditions
including

sexual
health.

Abstract
Hidradenitis
Suppurativa
is
a
burdensome
inflammatory
skin
disease
with

quality
of
life
impact.
These
management
guidelines
were
developed
to
direct
appropriate
clinical
