Adjustment disorder (AjD) is a maladaptive emotional or behavioural reaction to stressful event change in person's life. Compared other previously validated tools, the International Disorder Questionnaire (IADQ) stands out as one of most reliable and handy for AjD. Since no homologous instrument exists now, this study, we aimed validate an Italian version IADQ.Twenty-one thousand two hundred six subjects (80.4% females) during initial stages SARS-CoV-2 pandemic were recruited. We conducted confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), testing latent models, monofactorial bifactorial one. The COVID pandemic has brought tremendous negative effects on the mental health of care workers, such as anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders. We conducted this study to evaluate sleep-related cognition Chinese workers (HCWs) during first wave COVID-19 analyze its association with quality, so provide scientific reference for improving HCWs.A total 404 HCWs from Yijishan Hospital Wuhu City, China were enrolled in study, selected by randomized cluster sampling May 2020. made a questionnaire collect general demographic information participants. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) brief version Dysfunctional Beliefs Attitudes about Scale (DBAS-16) used measure quality cognition, respectively.The results showed that 312 (77.2%) had false beliefs attitudes sleep, while only 92 (22.8%) correct sleep. In addition, we found those who older, married, bachelor's degree or higher, nurses, more daily working hours (> 8 h) monthly night shifts (≥ 5 times), higher DBAS-16 scores (all p < 0.05).
