BACKGROUND The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a greater workload the health care system. Therefore, professionals (HCPs) continue to experience high levels of stress, resulting mental disorders. From preventive perspective, building resilience been associated with reduced stress and disorders promotes HCPs’ intent stay. Despite benefits training, few studies provided an in-depth understanding contextual factors, implementation, mechanisms impact that influences sustainability programs. examining target users’ experiences program is important. This will provide meaningful information refine improve future OBJECTIVE qualitative study aims explore participating web-based Building Resilience At Work (BRAW) program. No limitations placed based study design, language, publication status, date. Two reviewers independently screened studies, extracted data, assessed methodological quality using Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal tools. Discrepancies resolved through discussion third reviewer when needed. Results synthesized narratively due heterogeneity populations interventions. Outcomes displayed graphically harvest plots. Abstract Background Burnout among healthcare workers has been a significant issue exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This review aims to synthesise existing literature on prevalence, signs, symptoms, and risk factors of burnout during Methods systematic follows PRISMA guidelines. We searched Web Science Scopus for relevant studies published between January 2020 December 2022. Inclusion criteria were reporting prevalence All above 18years old consent was obtained. Data extracted analysed using structured framework. Results The included 50 studies, with total sample size 30,000 workers. Prevalence varied significantly across regions, highest rates reported in Saudi Arabia (75%) Kuwait (76.9%). Common symptoms emotional exhaustion, depersonalisation, reduced personal accomplishment. Key identified high work demands, lack protective equipment (PPE), prolonged working hours. Conclusion pandemic impacted mental health workers, leading rates.
