Digital health interventions have emerged as a promising approach for patient care. The aim of this study was to conduct systematic review pharmacist-led digital patients with diabetes. PubMed database used select randomized controlled trials that assess the effectiveness on clinical outcomes among type 1 and 2 diabetes from January 2005 May 2024. There is increasing evidence to support the effectiveness of interventions involving community health workers (CHWs) in improving patient outcomes, which reinforces their growing integration healthcare teams. Resultados: foram confeccionadas 27 que trazem frente à sede, relação aos seus sinais sintomas, fatores causais, métodos utilizados no seu alívio mecanismos ação. O índice geral foi 0,96 0,94.
