Few studies have been conducted on women of childbearing age with chronic mercury poisoning caused by vapor exposure. Occupational exposure, clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory tests, auxiliary examinations, treatment, follow-up 31 female workers from a thermometer processing factory who received inpatient treatment at our hospital between September 2021 August 2022 were analyzed. In (23–43 years) chronically exposed to (3–31 months), urinary levels exceeded the normal range. The manifestations primarily neurological (96.77%). Renal pathology two suggested membranous nephropathy in first stage. Some experienced menstrual abnormalities, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders. Treatment was mainly chelation therapy supplemented antioxidants other symptomatic supportive treatments. All patients achieved good results after discontinuing exposure receiving treatment. However, discharge revealed that some still had insomnia. is hazardous increases risk adverse effects their reproductive health. protection prevention must be emphasized.
