Abstract: Despite recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer (BC), it remains a global health issue affecting millions women annually. Poor prognosis BC patients is often linked to drug resistance as well lack effective therapeutic options for metastatic triple-negative BC. In response these unmet needs, extensive research efforts have been devoted exploring anti-BC potentials natural products owing their multi-target mechanisms action good safety profiles. -Synuclein (-syn) is a presynaptic protein that regulates the release of neurotransmitters from synaptic vesicles in brain. -Syn aggregates, including Lewy bodies, are features both sporadic and familial forms Parkinson's disease (PD). These aggregates undergo several key stages fibrillation, oligomerization, aggregation. Therapeutic benefits drugs decline with progression offer only symptomatic treatment. This requires novel therapeutic strategies, which can either prevent or modify process. The link between -syn etiopathogenesis PD well established literature. Studies indicate an important target inhibition aggregation, fibrillation modification strategy. However, recent studies have shown plant extracts phytochemicals neuroprotective effects on oligomerization by targeting different its formation. Discovery and development of new potentially selective anticancer agents are necessary to prevent a global cancer health crisis. Currently, alternative medicinal derived from plants have been extensively investigated develop drugs with fewer adverse effects. Among them, steroidal alkaloids conventional secondary metabolites that comprise an important class natural products found in plants, marine organisms invertebrates, constitute judicious choice as potential anti‐cancer leads. Traditional medicine modern science shown representatives this compound group possess antimicrobial, analgesic, anti‐inflammatory Therefore, systematic recapitulated information about the bioactivity these compounds, special emphasis on molecular or cellular mechanisms, is high interest. In review, we methodically discuss vitro vivo activity their synthetic semi‐synthetic derivatives. This review focuses cumulative comprehensive which will help researchers understand pathways involving steroid generate safe lead improved therapeutic applications for prevention therapy. studies provide evidence promising various cell lines, but advanced pharmacokinetic clinical experiments required more treatment.

Due to recent lifestyle shifts and health discernments among consumers, synthetic drugs are facing the challenge of controlling disease development progression. Various medicinal plants their constituents recognized for imminent role in management via modulation biological activities. At present, research scholars have diverted attention on natural bioactive entities with health-boosting perception combat lifestyle-related disarrays. In particular, Zingiber officinale is a herb that has been commonly used food pharmaceutical products. Its detailed chemical composition high value-added active components extensively studied. this review, we summarized pharmacological potential well-endowed chemo preventive agent. It was revealed its functionalities attributed several inherent constituents, including 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 10-gingerol, 6-shogaol, 6-hydroshogaol, oleoresin, which were established through many studies (in vitro, vivo, cell lines). also focused therapeutic effects ginger effective antioxidant properties. Their consumption may reduce or delay progression related diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, genetic metabolic The updated data could elucidate relationship extraction processes manifestations. We collated current knowledge (including latest clinical data) about compounds bioactivities ginger. mechanisms, can lay foundation medical applications discussed.
