Multichannel-optimized MoS 2 /Sv-ZnIn S 4 /Cu(OH) composites, integrating sulfur vacancy, Ohmic junction and Schottky junction, were synthesized by an in situ technique. Benefiting from the synergistic effect, staggered composites exhibited enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen production activity.
