Abstract Harnessing the spontaneous surface instability of pliable substances to create intricate, well‐ordered, and on‐demand controlled patterns holds great potential for advancing applications in optical, electrical, biological processes. However, current limitations stem from challenges modulating multidirectional stress fields diverse boundary environments. Herein, this work proposes a universal strategy achieve arbitrarily controllable wrinkle via spatiotemporal photochemical boundaries. Utilizing constraints inductive effects boundaries, multiple coupling relationship is accomplished among light fields, morphology wrinkles photosensitive polyurethane (PSPU) film. Moreover, employing sequential light‐irradiation with photomask enables attainment array patterns, ranging highly ordered 2D periodic or intricate designs. The fundamental mechanics underlying buckling formation features are comprehensively elucidated through theoretical stimulation finite element analysis. results reveal evolution laws under boundaries represent new effective toolkit fabricating captivating single‐layer films.
