As metabolic byproducts and representative indicators of food spoilage, the monitoring detection for biogenic amines (BAs) are crucial but challenging quality assessment. Here, a strategy is proposed by combining fluorescent probe molecular engineering with portable platform integrating smartphone deep convolutional neural network (DCNN). Four ratiometric probes tunable intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) properties designed introducing different electron-withdrawing substituents (-F, -OCH3, -Py, -CN) to carbazole. Notably, CNCz exhibits strongest ICT property superior sensing performance, satisfying limit (11 ppb), rapid response (<5 s), discriminative bathochromic shift (110 nm). Then, smartphone-based fabricated, which enables rapid, visual, on-site quantitative evaluation BAs. Furthermore, DCNN, this achieves an impressive 98.5% accuracy in predicting meat freshness. Hereby, study not only provides fine-tune intrinsic gain high-performance also presents intelligent BAs freshness high practical applicability.
