In the construction and operation of smart grids, real-time monitoring electrical signals is crucial for achieving efficient stable power transmission, so it necessary to develop current voltage sensors with high stability, mass manufacturing light weight. This study presents a sensor based on fully printed technology signal transmission lines. The supported insulated by polyimide, successfully fabricates 3D induction coil through screen printing high-precision inkjet processes, sensitivity 0.00823 mV/A linearity 0.999 in 0-60 A. made polyimide film as substrate, pair silver sensing electrodes are prepared process, 0.00369 μA/V 0-1200 V, output over continuous 24 h. overall size 1.5 cm × 2 cm, weight 1.8 g, cost about USD 0.462, has advantages low cost, lightweight, good linearity, simple structure, scalable preparation. work provides new fabrication method
