Abstract The structural‐functional integrated device optimizes the synergy between mechanical strength and functionality through advanced material design, offering broad application potential. In this work, a novel designed to address challenge of stress monitoring in fiber‐reinforced composites is presented. By incorporating potassium sodium niobate piezoelectric into carbon polymer composites, load‐bearing successfully developed. exhibits outstanding flexural 377.7 MPa modulus 18.8 GPa, making it suitable for use as structural material. Simultaneously, possesses intrinsic properties can function sensor, demonstrating linear voltage output over an exceptionally wide pressure range from 10 3.8 × 10⁴ N, which enables device. Through carefully pattern fiber fabric, also intelligently identify location magnitude applied pressure. This research achieves integration high sensing opening new avenues development smart composite materials.
