Oral ulcer wounds are difficult to heal due bacterial infections, persistent inflammatory responses, and excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS). Therefore, the elimination of bacteria, removal ROS, reduction inflammation prerequisites for treatment mouth wounds. In this study, oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) 3-(aminomethyl)phenylboronic acid-modified hyaluronic acid (HP) were used form polymer gels through dynamic covalent borate bonds. Minocycline hydrochloride (MH) was then loaded into gel, a multifunctional MH/OPC-HP microneedles (MNs) with ROS-responsive properties prepared using vacuum method. The MNs can rapidly release MH in diffusive manner sustainably OPC response ROS. gel-based extended retention oral ulcers, leading prolonged ROS scavenging effects. Cytocompatibility hemocompatibility tests showed that had good biocompatibility. Antibacterial experiments demonstrated exhibited excellent antibacterial vitro indicated could effectively clear reduce oxidative stress damage, inhibit M1-type macrophage polarization, induce M2-type polarization. Topical minoxidil, approved by the FDA in 1980s, has been widely used to manage androgenetic alopecia. While effective, several adverse events (AEs) related its use, especially those not well-documented on product labels, remain a concern. This study aimed evaluate safety of topical minoxidil analyzing AEs reported Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) from 2004 2024, focusing identifying potential risk signals highlighted current labels. event reports(AERs) FAERS, where was identified as primary suspect, were analyzed. Disproportionality analysis methods, Odds Ratio (ROR), Proportional (PRR), Bayesian Confidence Propagation Neural Network (BCPNN), and Multi-Item Gamma Poisson Shrinker (MGPS), assess relationship between AEs. Among 45,130 reports, most males (50.88%) showed significant increase incidents since 2015. Newly AEs, such application site acne cysts, observed.
