Abstract
Polymerized
small
molecule
acceptors
have
recently
greatly
facilitated
the
development
of
all‐polymer
solar
cells
(All‐PSCs)
with
respect
to
power
conversion
efficiencies
(PCEs).
However,
high‐performance
and
low‐cost
polymer
donors
for
All‐PSCs
are
still
lacking,
limiting
further
large‐scale
manufacturing
All‐PSCs.
Herein,
this
work
designs
synthesizes
a
new
thiophene
derivative,
FETVT,
featuring
vinyl‐bridged
fluorine
ester‐substituted
monothiophene.
Incorporation
FETVT
into
yields
polythiophene
derivative
PFETVT‐T,
which
exhibits
deep‐lying
HOMO
level,
suitable
solution
pre‐aggregation
ability,
finely‐tuned
crystallinity,
appropriate
thermodynamic
miscibility
acceptor
L15.
As
result,
binary
based
on
PFETVT‐T
achieves
record
PCE
11.81%
agood
stability,
representing
breakthrough
polythiophenes
their
derivatives‐based
All‐PSCs,
is
also
significantly
higher
than
that
(1.92%)
its
isomerized
analog.
Remarkably,
an
impressive
exceeding
16%
via
implementation
ternary
blend
design.
These
findings
offer
hopeful
pathway
toward
attaining
high‐performance,
stable,
cost‐effective
PSCs.

Abstract
High
power
conversion
efficiency
(PCE)
and
mechanical
robustness
are
prerequisites
for
wearable
applications
of
organic
solar
cells
(OSCs).
However,
stretchability
present
active
systems
(i.e.,
crack‐onset
strain
(COS)
<
30%)
should
be
improved.
While
introducing
elastomers
into
is
considered
a
simple
method
improving
stretchability,
the
inclusion
typically
results
in
decrease
PCE
OSC
with
limited
enhancement
due
to
lack
interconnected
electrical
pathways.
In
this
study,
it
developed
efficient
intrinsically
stretchable
(IS)‐OSCs
exceptional
robustness,
by
constructing
co‐continuous
networks
conjugated
polymers
(D18)
(SEBS)
within
layers.
It
demonstrated
that
blend
film
specific
ratio
(40:60
w/w)
D18:SEBS
crucial
forming
structures,
establishing
well‐connected
channels.
Consequently,
D18

OSCs
achieve
16‐times
higher

than

on

while
achieving

compared
SEBS‐rich
layers

IS‐OSCs

PCEs
