Abstract
The
continuous
innovation

new
organic
semiconducting
materials
remains
pivotal

electronic
devices.
Herein,
a
molecular
engineering
by
combining
sila‐annulation
with
vertical

diimides
(RDIs)
toward
high‐mobility
semiconductors

presented.

slipped

stacking

energy
gaps,
single‐crystalline
field‐effect
transistors
(SC‐OFETs)
based
on
demonstrate
exceptional
ambipolar
transport
characteristics

impressive
hole
mobility

,
representing
best
ampibolar
SC‐OFETs
RDIs.
Detailed
theoretical
calculations
rationalize
that
larger
transfer
