Abstract The two‐step sequential deposition method is considered a potential way for the large‐scale manufacture of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with high power conversion efficiency and reproducibility. However, dense lead iodide (PbI 2 ) film interferes its full contact organic solutions, resulting in an inadequate reaction at interface. Herein, kinds metal‐organic framework (MOF) are introduced, amorphous Ni‐MOF‐74 ( am Ni‐MOF‐74) crystalline Zn‐MOF‐74 cr Zn‐MOF‐74), into PbI regulating crystallization. Compared to Zn‐MOF‐74, incorporation exhibited rapid nucleation, high‐quality films large grain size, low trap density, enhanced charge transfer between layers. Meanwhile, content unstable phase left due insufficient also reduced. modified PSCs champion 24.17% good humidity thermal stability. unencapsulated device maintains 90% initial after 1000 h storage dark ambient conditions ≈30% relative humidity. This strategy provides effective approach promoting crystallization process fabricating efficient stable PSCs.
