Abstract Flexible scintillator screens with excellent stability and low detection limits are crucial for X‐ray imaging applications. 0D organic metal halide materials have emerged as a strong contender in the fields, owing to their optical characteristics simple maneuverability. Herein, high‐quality large quantities of C 38 H 36 P 2 Sb Cl 8 single crystals synthesized through solution approach. The prepared dimer‐structure [Sb ] 2− exhibit yellow emission near‐unity high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) 99.8%, possess an exceptional light 41300 photons MeV −1 , limit 45.6 nGy air s . On this basis, large‐size ultra‐flexible utilized is by template assembled method, demonstrating spatial resolution 8.15 lp mm screen can achieve even after multiple bending stretching, which also provide clear non‐planar irregular objects. In addition, shows light, heat, irradiation, water. These results not only expand optoelectronic application field organic‐inorganic hybrid antimony halides but promote rapid development efficient scintillators.

Abstract Photodetectors with weak-light detection capabilities play an indispensable role in various crucial fields such as health monitors, imaging, optical communication, and etc. Nevertheless, the of weak light signals is often severely interfered by multiple factors background light, dark noise circuit noise, making it difficult to accurately capture signals. While traditional technologies like silicon photomultiplier tubes excel sensitivity, their high cost inherent fragility restrict widespread application. Against this background, perovskite materials have rapidly emerged a research focus field photodetection due simple preparation processes exceptional optoelectronic properties. Not only are straightforward cost-effective, but more importantly, they can be flexibly integrated into flexible stretchable substrates. This characteristic significantly compensates for shortcomings rigid electronic devices specific application scenarios, opening up entirely new possibilities technology. Herein, recent advances technology reviewed. Firstly, chemical physical properties discussed, highlighting remarkable advantages detection. Subsequently, review systematically organizes techniques analyses different scenarios. Meanwhile, from two core dimensions performance improvement absorption enhancement, key strategies improving photodetectors explored. Finally, concludes brief summary discussion on potential challenges that may arise further development devices.

Near-infrared (NIR) organic photodetectors (OPDs) have significant potential in the development of night vision, optical communication, and image-sensing systems. However, most them require external energy consumption, particularly investigation focuses on weak light detection NIR region at or beyond 1000 nm remains limited. In this study, self-powered OPDs with a PCE10:COTIC-4F bulk heterojunction as photoactive layer are designed, which capable responding to an ultra-weak signal 6.3 pW cm-2 nm, demonstrating significantly low level comparison currently reported OPDs. addition, also exhibit other outstanding photodetection performance, including large Ilight/Idark ratio 3.47 × 106, high responsivity 1.50 A W-1, detectivity 3.17 1013/1.80 1011 Jones (evaluated by dark/noise current methods). Furthermore, unencapsulated demonstrate almost no obvious attenuation air during 224-day test aging environment 67-day test. More importantly, for flexible electronics, imaging, selectivity visible-blind characteristic. The provides accessible viable route advancing detection.

Abstract Flexible scintillators with high light yield, spatial resolution and low scattering are ideal for X‐ray imaging application. However, conventional always prepared by crystallization of functional layer, grinding mixing polymers, resulting in serious scattering. Herein, an situ fabrication strategy is proposed to prepare a flexible scintillator film based on 0D antimony halide C 38 H 36 P 2 SbCl 5 (MTP ). The exhibits bright yellow emission outstanding photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) 99.69%, it demonstrates linear responsiveness dose, achieving impressive 39800 photons MeV −1 detection limitation 78.4 nGy air s . possesses strong radiation hardness stability. In addition, greatly inhibits optical crosstalk during detection, effectively improving the MTP from 4.5 10.2 lp mm On account simple preparation method performance, this work provides guidance high‐efficiency, large‐area, low‐scattering high‐resolution future.
