Abstract Polymer‐based room‐temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials are vigorously investigated as appealing contenders for optoelectronic and bioelectronics applications, owing to their distinctive long‐lived excited‐state characteristics inherent advantages such low cost, remarkable functionality, favorable biocompatibility. The progress of stretchable RTP has emerged a novel prominent subject in the field, they not only possess unique features organic but also incorporate excellent stretchability. In this review, attention is centered on recent advancements materials, encompassing fundamental mechanisms, design tenets, associated applications. Eventually, significant challenges encountered during development concisely summarized. There confidence that review will function valuable reference comprehending luminescence mechanism formulating strategies achieve high‐performance RTP, thereby facilitating further research innovation area.
