Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a widely utilized molecular polymer characterized by its strong water solubility, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties. Notably, it possesses the capability for biodegradation finds extensive applications across various fields; thus, analyzing fundamental properties of PVA paramount importance. Materials scientists have shown considerable interest in modifying polymers such as PVA. Among modification techniques, microwave irradiation has garnered significant attention due to rapidity, efficiency, cost‐effectiveness. This study investigates effects temperature on binary solutions using Raman spectroscopy while also intermolecular hydrogen bonding within these solutions. The results indicate that increasing disrupts tetrahedral structure formed between water, leading transition toward chain‐like configuration; however, an enhancement partial occurs at 313.15 K. Furthermore, analysis solution post‐microwave reveals exposure microwaves enhances inducing depletion reaction after 180 s irradiation. Atomic force microscopy further demonstrates this duration leads pronounced chain stacking phenomena. paper substantiates serves effective method PVA, thereby offering robust strategy applicable materials science, chemistry, physics.
