Abstract Light‐harvesting is an indispensable process in photosynthesis, and researchers have been exploring various structural scaffolds to create artificial light‐harvesting systems. Herein, a system (LHS) constructed by AuNCs. First, ionic liquid 1‐Dodecyl‐3‐methylammonium bromide (C 12 mimBr) Ba 2+ are used co‐assembly with 6‐aza‐2‐thiothymine (ATT) modified AuNCs get ATT‐AuNCs/C mimBr/Ba (M‐AuNCs) network superstructures improved emission efficiency. This makes M‐AuNCs applicable for aqueous LHS. Furthermore, the green‐emitting serves as energy donors, red‐emitting positive dyes (rhodamine B) act acceptors. An efficient transfer occurs between them efficiency of 94.1%. Significantly, sequential can also be realized further addition deep‐red emitting dye (sulforhodamine 101). Notably, only instead mono‐dispersed ATT‐AuNCs. Based on this, FRET‐triggered logic gate established, which C mimBr considered switches turn on/off gate. Therefore, this work not fabricates AuNCs‐based LHS through transfer, but develops gate, has potential application molecular recognition information encryption.
