Abstract In this research, a wide range of aldoxime derivatives with aromatic and aliphatic substituents were synthesized as precursors to nitrile oxide in cycloaddition reactions. The aldoximes good high yields showed lack diastereoselectivity, confirmed by 1 H NMR measurements. These then utilized 1,3‐dipolar reactions treated dipolarophilic reagents, namely methyl methacrylate (MMA) glycidyl (GMA), produce isoxazoline carboxylate regioselectivity. obtained compounds characterized using various techniques, including NMR, FT‐IR, GC–MS TOF‐LCMS analyses. study also targets the molecular docking analysis, Autodock 4.2.6 software, targeting OR51E2 protein. This protein has drawn recent attention, hypothesis that propionic acid activates OR51E2, making it suitable candidate for group within skeleton. Through these multifaceted investigations, research contributes design development fragrant molecules potential applications fragrance industry, offering promising avenue future olfactory innovations.

Abstract A series of 1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2(3H)‐ones were prepared by an efficient copper‐catalyzed one‐pot reaction arylhydrazides, arylboronic acids and DMF. Moderate to good yield obtained using DMF as the carbonyl source aryl source. This involved ligand exchange transmetalation copper catalysts with arylhydrazides arylboric acids. Compared previous work, this work employs stable readily available hydrazide substrates that enhance practicality strategy, strategy features a short time, relatively low heating temperature, convenient more secure. Further, protocol has high functional group tolerance scalability.
