Machine
Learning
(ML)
has
revolutionized
various
fields,
enabling
the
development
of
intelligent
systems
capable
solving
complex
problems.
However,
process
manually
designing
and
optimizing
ML
models
is
often
time-consuming,
labor-intensive,
requires
specialized
expertise.
To
address
these
challenges,
Automatic
(AutoML)
emerged
as
a
promising
approach
that
automates
selecting
models.
Within
realm
AutoML,
Neural
Architecture
Search
(NAS)
powerful
technique
design
neural
network
architectures,
core
components
It
recently
gained
significant
attraction
due
to
its
capability
discover
novel
efficient
architectures
surpass
human-designed
counterparts.
This
manuscript
aims
present
systematic
review
literature
on
this
topic
published
between
2017
2023
identify,
analyze,
classify
different
types
algorithms
developed
for
NAS.
The
methodology
follows
guidelines
Systematic
Literature
Review
(SLR)
methods.
Consequently,
study
identified
160
articles
provide
comprehensive
overview
field
NAS,
encompassing
discussion
current
works,
their
purposes,
conclusions,
predictions
direction
science
branch
in
main
pillars:
Space
(SSp),
Strategy
(SSt),
Validation
(VSt).
Subsequently,
key
milestones
advancements
have
shaped
are
highlighted.
Moreover,
we
discuss
challenges
open
issues
remain
field.
We
envision
NAS
will
continue
play
pivotal
role
advancement
ML,
more
wide
range
applications.

The
development
of
epoxy
resin
formulations
from
renewable
feedstocks
has
been
thoroughly
explored
in
the
chemical
literature.
A
simple
one-pot
reaction
involving
sustainable
phenolic
molecules
and
epichlorohydrin
results

monomers.

monomers
can
be
cured
with
amines
or
anhydrides
to
yield
cross-linked
thermosetting
resins.
Although
a
wide
variety

exist,

is

gap
