Abstract Developing a self‐expanding hemostatic sponge with high blood absorption and rapid shape recovery for noncompressible hemorrhage remains challenge. In this study, 3D‐printed cuttlefish bone elastomeric (CBES) is fabricated, which combined ordered channels porous structures, presented tunable mechanical strength, memory potentials. The incorporation of powder (CBp) plays key roles in concentrating components, promoting aggregation red cells platelets, activating makes CBES show enhanced performance compared commercial gelatin sponges vivo. Moreover, promotes more histiocytic infiltration neovascularization the early stage degradation than sponges, conducive to regeneration repair injured tissue. To conclude, CBp loaded can promote coagulation, present potential guide tissue healing, broaden application traditional Chinese medicine.
