Bioelectric signals reflect our daily physiological activities, which can be recorded in the form of electroencephalography, electrocardiography, electromyography, etc. The traditional Ag/AgCl wet electrode is gold standard for clinical monitoring bioelectrical at present, while complicated preparation and gel evaporation limit its long-term application. Therefore, it meaningful to research dry electrodes without conductive paste or additional adhesives. Unfortunately, high interface impedance between skin a fatal defect electrodes, leads excessive noise levels poor signal quality. Consequently, more efforts are required achieve conformal contact reduce impedance. From this perspective, we review recent progress capacitive invasive microneedle common-contact electrodes. Material selection structural design obtain highlighted. Finally, propose future development direction

Accurate recognition of human dynamic movement is essential for seamless human–machine interaction (HMI) across various domains. However, most the existing methods are single‐modal recognition, which has inherent limitations, such as limited feature representation and instability to noise, will affect its practical performance. To address these this article proposes a novel fusion approach that can integrate two biological signals, including electromyography (EMG) bioelectrical impedance (BI). The method combines EMG capturing features BI discerning key postures representing discrete points within movements. In method, identification their temporal sequences provide guiding framework selection weighted correction probability prediction matrices in EMG‐based recognition. verify effectiveness six upper limb movements nine defined, Universal Robot follow employed experimental validation. Experimental results demonstrate accuracy reaches 96.2%, an improvement nearly 10% compared with signal. This study illustrates potential multimodal broad prospects application HMI fields.
