Harmonized
Cognitive
Assessment
Protocol
(HCAP)
is
a
major
innovation
that
provides,
for
the
first
time,
harmonized
data
cross-national
comparisons
of
later-life
cognitive
functions
are
sensitive
to
linguistic,
cultural,
and
educational
differences
across
countries.
However,

itself
direct
comparison

careful
consideration

Abstract
Background
Established
evidences
have
demonstrated
that
hypertension
was
associated
with
the
cognitive
impairment.
But
associations
between
duration
of
exposure
and
performance
are
still
inconclusive.
Objectives
The
objective
this
study
to
assess
association
diagnosis
in
older
adults
by
National
Health
Nutrition
Examination
Survey
(2011–2014).
Methods
To
evaluate
relationship
performance,
we
conducted
logistic
regression
analysis.
Furthermore,
also
performed
Restricted
cubic
spline
(RCS)
analysis
nonlinear
performance.
Results
Initially,
total
19,931
participants
were
included
study,
2928
individuals
enrolled.
With
increase
duration,
more
risk
impairment
observed

Abstract
