ABSTRACT Background : It is reported that circVMA21 has an inhibition effect on sepsis-induced acute kidney injury (AKI). Therefore, the underlying molecular mechanisms of in AKI are worthy further investigation. Material and Methods Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was used to induce HK2 cell injury. The inflammatory factors oxidative stress markers measured evaluate response stress. RNA relationship as verified dual-luciferase reporter RIP pull-down assay. Results CircVMA21 had decreased patients. Overexpressed alleviated LPS-induced inflammation, apoptosis, Moreover, sponged miR-337-3p, targeted ZEB2. inhibitory reversed overexpression, overexpression abolished promotion Conclusions could inhibit via miR-337-3p/ZEB2 axis.

Overexpression promoted IL-1β-stimulated inhibited apoptosis, inflammation, extracellular matrix (ECM) degradation. In analysis, could act as a sponge for positively regulate expression. addition, ameliorated effect overexpression on IL-1β-mediated injury. inhibition mitigated IL-1β-induced injury, while silencing restored effect. Conclusion knockdown alleviated chondrocytes injury regulating miR-375/PIK3R3 axis, confirming that might be potential target treatment.
