Benefiting

fluorescence
imaging
technology
has
been
widely
applied
in
cancer
diagnosis
treatment.

years,
a

fluorescent
probes
for
monitoring
the
levels
endogenous
biothiols
have
reported,
which
significant
implications

biological
compatibility

This
work
presents
development
water-soluble
dual-channel
probe,
named
MAL-NBD,
sensitively
detecting
biothiols.
Nonfluorescent
MAL-NBD
is
transformed
into
groups
MAL
NBD-SR/NR
through
nucleophilic
substitution
biologically
active
thiols,
producing
signals
precise
detection
thiols.
Taking
advantage
biocompatibility
low
biotoxicity,
successfully
used
HeLa
cells
zebrafish
larvae,
promoting
its
potential
application
thiols
involved
physiological
pathological
processes.
