Abstract Establishing atom‐precise and controllable self‐assembly of metal clusters to achieve high‐efficiency circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) is especially fascinating, yet it creates considerable challenges. Here, two enantiomeric pairs dimer R/S‐Pt 4 Ag 8 ‐green ‐orange composed octahedral Pt 2 monomers through Pt–Pt bonds are constructed, which show a 28‐fold increase in photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) compared with the reported monomer solution. The solid‐state chiral shows PLQY 87% without an aggregation‐caused quenching effect. intercluster distances arrangements cluster can be modulated ligand configuration solvent stimuli, giving rise reversible transformations between single crystals, concomitant high‐contrast optical/chiroptical switching. Additionally, by further assembling Pt‐Ag + , 3D cubic lattice red‐emitting CPL achieved. Furthermore, luminescence, intrinsic chirality, adjustable assembly behaviors these assemblies bestow them excellent smart switching properties. This work opens new avenue for CPL‐active regulating metal‐metal interactions.
