Traditional

have
been

exogenous

has
emerged

approach,

controlled
release.
Such
would
ensure
targeted
delivery
and/or
situ
generation,
further
circumventing
toxicity
premature
elimination
drugs.
In
recent
years,

reactions
with

kinetics

design.
Meanwhile,
transition-metal-catalyzed
photocatalytic
deprotection
also
developed

biological
systems.
Besides
traditional
